What this range delivers

Cold-plate liquid cooling with hybrid CDU and in-row AC configurations, paired with dry coolers or closed-circuit cooling towers, eliminates local hotspots and carries the ultra-high heat loads of large-scale AIDC and supercomputing clusters, with PUE as low as 1.38 and 40 to 60% higher energy efficiency than traditional air cooling.

Up to 200 kW per cabinet

Cold-plate cluster modules carry 100 kW cabinets; immersion modules carry 55 kW with 4 × 400 kW CDUs.

Hybrid cooling chain

Rack-mounted and in-row CDUs plus in-row AC, backed by dry coolers or closed-circuit cooling towers.

Mission-critical safety

N+1 core component redundancy, non-conductive coolant and multi-layer leak monitoring with water collection trays.

Deployable in 7 days

20 ft and 40 ft standard containers ship pre-integrated and plug-and-play, with Modbus/SNMP and 4G/5G remote management.

The 40-foot standard module pairs a 350 kW in-row CDU with 4 × 31.5 kW in-row AC and a 600 kVA modular UPS for medium data centers and enterprise AI.

  • Hybrid thermal chain · Rack-mounted or in-row CDUs handle the liquid loop while in-row AC absorbs the residual air load, eliminating local hotspots completely.
  • Closed-circuit heat rejection · Dry coolers or closed-circuit cooling towers reject heat outdoors with an air-to-liquid ratio down to 1:9.
  • Uninterrupted power · Modular UPS from 300 kVA to ≥1000 kVA with customizable external lithium battery packs (15-minute backup on the compact module).
