Fluid-immersion cooling: cabinets, TANKs and CDUs
A complete single-phase immersion platform: the pre-commissioned 10 kW FO-ILC cabinet in 6U and 13U, modular ATH immersion TANKs from 13U to 54U of submerged space, and coolant distribution units from 5 to 400 kW, reaching site PUE of about 1.1.
What this range delivers
Servers run submerged in dielectric mineral oil with up to 1000× the volumetric heat capacity of air. A 1+1 hot-standby pump pair switches over in under 2 seconds, a Siemens PLC handles control and Modbus TCP telemetry, and the liquid-to-air heat exchanger runs at a whisper-quiet 42 dB(A). Beyond the integrated cabinet, prefabricated stainless-steel TANKs assemble with flanges only, YDC group control networks up to 32 units from one 10.1-inch touch screen, and two-phase FC-72 architectures are proven at 100-unit project scale.
1000× heat capacity
Direct immersion carries heat from CPUs, GPUs and memory into the coolant with no server fans at all.
1+1 redundant pumps
Hot-standby pump architecture with automatic switchover in under 2 seconds and duty rotation to equalize wear.
PLC + Modbus TCP
Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC with SCADA/BMS integration, level sensing, leak and flow alarms, power-failure memory.
Safe dielectric coolant
Mineral oil with breakdown voltage above 40 kV: non-conductive, non-toxic, high ignition point.
One immersion platform, three building blocks
FO-ILC integrated cabinets
Pre-commissioned 6U (860 × 720 × 1200 mm) and 13U (900 × 758 × 1200 mm) cabinets with the full 10 kW thermal capacity, 1+1 pumps and Siemens PLC control.
ATH immersion TANK units
Modular single-phase tanks with even inlet/return flow-path design, from 13U to 54U of submerged space and up to 1250 L full-load volume.
Coolant distribution units
Nine CDU sizes transfer heat from the coolant loop to facility water, from 5U rack modules to full cabinets, integrable with the TANK.

How the immersion loop works
- Immersion TANK · Servers sit fully submerged in dielectric mineral oil; heat transfers directly into the liquid.
- Dual-redundant pumps · 1+1 hot-standby circulation with automatic duty rotation and sub-2-second failover.
- Liquid-to-air heat exchanger · Copper-tube aluminum-fin coil with two VFD fans modulated to inlet temperature.
- Siemens PLC control · S7-200 SMART with Modbus TCP telemetry into SCADA, BMS or telecom site controllers.
- Level and leak sensing · Low/high oil-level alarms, over-temperature and low-flow detection with event logging.
- Power-failure memory · The system restarts automatically with its settings after power restoration.
