Infrastructure that arrives ready
When the grid is down and the room is gone, recovery is a logistics problem. FIBER OCEAN packages power, capacity, shelter and supervision into factory-built blocks that travel on trailers and in containers, and come up as one system where they land.
Arrive fast, run anywhere
Four promises a recovery deployment has to keep. We engineer all four from our own lines, packed and tested before the day they are needed.
Arrive fast
Factory-built blocks on braked trailers and in ISO containers: generation, storage, capacity and shelter that travel as freight and land as infrastructure.
Run anywhere
Off-grid autonomy from solar hybrid cabinets and BESS: the battery floats on the bus, solar leads the day, diesel fills the gaps.
Stand the weather
IP55 and IP65 shelters with EPS and PIR insulated builds, rated for −40 to +65 °C, engineered for the sites nobody chose.
Stay visible
Every deployed site reports to one S3 operating center from the hour it comes up, with 24/7 support behind the platform.
Anatomy of a FIBER OCEAN recovery site
Eight layers, one supplier, one supervision plane. Every numbered element is a FIBER OCEAN line, packed to travel and engineered to come up together.
| Layer | What we deploy | Product line |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Rapid capacity blocks | Prefab and containerized data center builds: power, cooling and white space factory-built and commissioned as one unit | Modular Data Centers |
| 2. Mobile generation | Soundproof sets on braked trailers with support legs and operating platforms, and ISO-container plants to 3,300 kVA at 11 kV | Diesel Generators |
| 3. Energy storage | EnergyGuard BESS from 50 kW cabinets to a 500 kW / 1 MWh 20-foot container, factory-integrated for rapid installation | EnergyGuard Storage |
| 4. Solar hybrid power | The hybrid DC cabinet blends genset and solar; the battery floats on the bus and cuts diesel run-hours and OPEX | DC Power Systems |
| 5. Compact UPS & IT | 1–20 kVA rack UPS and micro data center cabinets: the recovered server room in one integrated enclosure | UPS Systems |
| 6. Weatherized shelters | IP55 and IP65 cabinets and shelters with 44 mm EPS or 30 mm PIR insulation, rated for −40 to +65 °C service | Enclosures & Outdoor Cabinets |
| 7. Field fiber | GMDKBU military field cable with armored and waterproof patch builds to relink sites over broken ground | Fiber Optics and Accessories |
| 8. Remote supervision | S3 RMS watches every deployed site from one operating center through 1,000+ device protocols, supported 24/7 | Remote Monitoring |
From the first hour to the last restored site
The same eight layers, composed for the way recoveries actually unfold.
The blackout response
Trailer sets roll in on their own wheels and container plants land by crane: generation on site, cabled and carrying load, with fuel and run-hours tracked from the first start.
The stood-up data center
A prefab block replaces the lost room: UPS, cooling, racks and white space in one factory-tested drop, with a micro data center cabinet for the satellite loads.
The off-grid relief site
Solar leads the day, the battery floats on the bus, diesel fills the gaps: relief operations stay powered with the fewest run-hours the site allows.
The relinked estate
Military-field fiber unspools over broken ground, armored and waterproof patch builds close the loop, and every recovered site reports to one center.
Packed before the storm
The details that make a recovery deployment behave like a plan instead of an improvisation.
Factory-built, field-proven
Blocks arrive wired and tested: the commissioning that matters happened in the factory, not in the mud.
Mobile by design
Braked trailers with four supporting legs, operating platforms on three sides and road lighting: generation that is legal on the highway and stable on site.
Off-grid endurance
Hybrid cabinets blend genset and solar with lithium float, cutting diesel run-hours and OPEX when every fuel run is a convoy.
Weather-hardened shells
44 mm EPS foam and 30 mm PIR insulated builds, IP55 and IP65 rated, for −40 to +65 °C service.
Fiber for the field
GMDKBU military field cable with armored and waterproof patch cords: links that survive being laid in a hurry.
Eyes on from hour one
The S3 platform umbrellas whatever the recovery inherits through 1,000+ device protocols, with TT and OAM integration and 24/7 support.
Day three, fully supervised
Illustrative feed. Every event type is documented S3 / FSU capability: main power and generator alarms, fuel level monitoring, site fence gate and camera snapshot events, TT and OAM integration, and day, month and year energy reporting, with 24/7 support behind the platform.
Bring us your continuity plan
Critical loads, recovery targets, geography and transport constraints. Our engineers return a packaged block design, an off-grid energy mix, a supervision plan and a quotation.
