Not a parts list: a working site. FIBER OCEAN combines −48 V power, batteries, silent generation, solar, shelters, fiber and remote supervision into one engineered system per site, then watches every one of them from a single NOC, the way it already does on more than 300,000 live sites.
Four jobs, one system
Every telecom site has the same four jobs. We deliver each one from our own lines, engineered together instead of procured separately.
Power it
Grid, solar and generator inputs converge on a −48 V DC plant sized to the load, with hybrid controllers for weak-grid sites.
Back it up
48 V lithium and VRLA strings carry the site through outages; silent FOGEN gensets from 55 dB(A) at 7 m take the long ones.
Connect it
CPRI fronthaul up the tower, ADSS and duct fiber off the site, spliced and terminated with our own closures and ODF.
Run it
One FSU per site reports power, fuel, doors and environment to the S3 platform: live maps, 3D views and reports in your NOC.

The same eight layers, weighted differently for each site archetype.
Reliable grid, critical uptime
Grid-fed −48 V rectifier plant with VRLA or lithium autonomy, an IP65 base station cabinet, cabinet air conditioning and an FSU watching mains, batteries and doors. A silent genset joins where outages demand it.
Solar leads, diesel fills the gaps
Hybrid site power pairs solar with cycling lithium and a FOGEN genset, under one DC plant. The FSU reports fuel level high and low, generator failure and mains alarms on wired points, so fuel theft and outages surface in the NOC, not in a site visit.
Street and rooftop cells
Compact 9U and 16U street cabinets (FO-OTC-P, FO-OTC-W), CPRI universal optical cable for fronthaul, self-supporting drop fiber, FATs and PLC splitters: the whole small-site kit from one catalogue.
Shared site, separate books
A Hall sensor on every tenant feed and a multi-channel DC meter into the FSU give per-tenant energy truth; S3 turns it into year-on-year consumption reports by site and area, ready for tenant settlement.
Built for the towerco business model
A towerco sells uptime and bills energy. Both live or die on site data, so the supervision layer is where this solution starts, not where it ends.
Per-tenant metering
Hall sensors on each operator feed and a multi-channel DC meter connected to the FSU: every tenant's draw, measured at the busbar.
Energy analytics
Power consumption management with year-on-year and link-relative ratios by day, month and year, exportable per site or area.
Fuel accountability
Fuel level high and low, generator failure and main power alarms on dedicated FSU inputs, with warning lights and sirens as outputs.
Site security
Door and site fence gate sensors on wired points, aircraft warning light alarms monitored on the same unit.
