This policy describes how the FIBER OCEAN Battery Monitor mobile application ("the App"), operated by ISST Electrical and Electronics Regional Headquarters ("ISST", "we"), handles information.
1. No Personal Data Collected
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It does not require an account or login, and it has no advertising or analytics services.
The App connects directly to your FIBER OCEAN battery system over Bluetooth and displays the equipment's telemetry (state of charge, voltage, current, cell voltages, temperature, and alarms) on your device. This equipment data stays between your phone and the battery system; it is not sent to ISST or any third party.
2. Bluetooth
The App uses your device's Bluetooth solely to discover and communicate with nearby FIBER OCEAN battery systems. iOS will ask for your permission before the App can use Bluetooth. Bluetooth is not used to determine your location or to track you.
3. What the App Does Not Do
The App does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or browsing history, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
