Prefab & Container DC

Site-scale capacity, one box at a time

The AquaCore Cloud P series turns the data center into freight: power, cooling, racks, fire protection and cabling factory-integrated into 20FT and 40FT containers, tested before shipping, and spliced box by box into a building. The pad is the project; the modules are the product.

The solution

Factory, freight, foundation, phase two

Four steps that replace a construction program. Every one of them happens on our side of the fence except the last.

🏭

Built in the factory

Power, cooling, IT racks, fire protection and cabling integrated and tested as one unit before it ever sees a truck.

🚛

Shipped as freight

Standard 20FT and 40FT ISO bodies travel like any container: by road, by sea, to sites with minimal infrastructure.

🔨

Commissioned as one

Craned onto the foundation, cabled and brought up as a single pre-commissioned unit: rapid on-site install, not on-site construction.

Grown box by box

Single-box or multi-box splicing adds capacity in phases, so the site scales with the load instead of ahead of it.

Anatomy of a FIBER OCEAN prefab pad

Eight layers, one supplier, one supervision plane. Every numbered element is a FIBER OCEAN line, spliced into one building on one foundation.

Anatomy of a FIBER OCEAN prefab container data center pad: joined white container modules with one open end showing racks, in-row cooling, modular UPS and battery cabinets inside, external cooling condensers along the building, containerized generators and battery storage on the pad, field cable drum along the trench route, and a communications mast with camera, with numbered callouts matching the table below

Build scenarios

From first box to full campus

The same blocks, composed for the way sites actually grow.

Greenfield

The campus from zero

Foundations, then boxes: a multi-module building rises in weeks of placement instead of a construction program, with the powered pad around it.

Phased growth

The box-by-box expansion

Multi-box splicing adds the next module to the live building; capacity follows the load curve one container at a time.

Harsh & remote

The site nobody wanted

Anti-seismic dual-frame bodies and cooling rated from −40 to 55 °C put real capacity on remote, off-grid and extreme sites.

Capacity relief

The annex on the car park

When the building is full, the next hall goes on the pad outside: pre-commissioned modules beside the existing facility.

Why prefab wins

The factory is the quality plan

The details that make the hundredth box behave like the first.

🏭

Pre-commissioned, not promised

Each unit ships waterproof, shockproof and corrosion-resistant, integrated and factory-tested before delivery.

🛡

Fire protection built in

FM200 / Novec 1230 suppression is part of the module, engineered with the airflow, not added after handover.

🏜

Engineered for bad postcodes

Anti-seismic dual-frame structure to DIN EN10130, thermal insulation, and operation from −40 to 55 °C.

Cooling that earns its PUE

Close-coupled in-row units with EC fans and inverter compressors, CFD-optimized airflow, and optional indirect free cooling.

Power that grows in modules

Hot-swap 30 / 50 / 100 kW UPS modules to 1.6 MW in a single rack, with high-voltage DC as an option.

🗺

One supervision plane

FO-MC4.0 watches every spliced box from one collector, with the whole pad reporting to the same operating center.

Inside the pad

Week one on the pad, fully supervised

Illustrative feed. Every event type is documented FO-MC4.0 or S3 capability: access control with face capture, environment sensing, main power alarms, U-position acquisition, and alarm and energy reporting, with 24/7 support behind the platform.
