This policy describes how the FIBER OCEAN Battery Monitor mobile application ("the App"), operated by ISST Electrical and Electronics Regional Headquarters ("ISST", "we"), collects and uses information. The App is available to FIBER OCEAN customers with an active monitoring account.

The App does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2. How We Use Information
Data is used solely to provide monitoring services: authenticating your account, displaying your battery systems' status, sending fault and threshold alerts, and maintaining service quality. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
4. Data Retention & Security
Account data is retained while your monitoring account is active. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@isst-smart.com.
6. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
